Fresh talent joins Optimizon in latest recruitment push
As demand for Amazon-first expertise continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome five new team members across key areas of our business, from creative and paid media to account strategy and seller acquisition.
Each in-house hire brings a sharp skill set and fresh energy to the team. Whether it’s driving campaign performance, improving marketplace operations, or elevating creative, these new starters strengthen our ability to help brands grow on Amazon, and beyond, with confidence.

Meet the newest talent joining Optimizon:
Alfi Ariff, Head of Seller Acquisition
With over 20 years’ experience in ecommerce, Alfi joins us as Head of Seller Acquisition. Having managed over £250M in Amazon sales and supported brands like Costa Coffee, Nando’s, Daewoo, and The Hairy Bikers, he’ll be helping high-potential brands scale faster with the right support from day one.
Annie Odhiambo, Paid Advertising Manager
Annie brings 9 years’ experience across Amazon, Google Shopping, and global marketplaces. In her new role, she’ll be driving stronger performance across Sponsored Ads, applying her expertise in media optimisation and conversion strategy to boost ROAS across key accounts.
Gianni Thomas, Mid-Weight Content Designer
Gianni joins the creative team to enhance our A+, Storefront, and paid media output. With a strong background in UX/UI and digital branding, he brings valuable skills in user journey mapping, wireframing, and visual design. He’ll be focused on creating high-converting ecommerce visuals that support our premium design and brand-building services, blending functionality with standout creative.
Jo Reilly, Account Manager
Jo brings hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace strategy across home and consumer brands. She’s worked across Seller and Vendor Central, led PPC campaigns, and driven range and pricing strategy. At Optimizon, she now leads day-to-day delivery for key accounts, keeping performance and planning tightly aligned.
Perrie Godt, Marketplace Specialist
Joining us as Marketplace Specialist, Perrie brings practical experience across Amazon operations, from listing builds and ASIN setup to performance tracking and account maintenance. She’s worked on a mix of health, wellness, and lifestyle brands, supporting both launch execution and day-to-day trading across EU marketplaces.
This expansion follows a strong Q1 and reflects our ongoing commitment to building a team that’s commercially focused, creatively strong, and built for scale.
